Page menu not working

When anyone is on the last page of my website (Registration) - you cannot go to the 4th page (Soccer Camps).  It does not highlight when the mouse goes over it and it cannot open.  
I can open that page from any other of the pages (just not the registration page).
Please advise how to fix this.
