My advertising has been cancelled because I have malware in my website.

My ad company has put my ad on indefinite hold because it says I have malware in my website. Do I have security? I have no idea what there talking about. I haven't even updated my site for a couple months. Please tell me how I check this and how to fix it, if it is true.
