What error? The box shows as working at this time. I scanned for errors and it sows none.

Just says server error.  Does not give a full message like the open exchange.  Some messages I get a bounce back.  One copied below.  Some just don't go through at all. Some I get a message that it doesn't go through but it does.  I sent these 2 email below messages on 12.18 that they never received, several in the last week, and maybe a dozen or more today and none were received.  More are not received than bounce messages back to me.

Thanks for checking, Drew.

This message was delivered to the recipient server. They may have rejected it for some reason, but I can't know why. I see loads of emails to that domain and all are getting to them, but the server must not be delivering it to the recipient inbox.

Yes, I had to keep resending reports so that I could send an invoice and get paid. This morning one recipient got email sent on the 3rd. Thank you for checking.

There should be no difference between the two. They are simply to send and view emails. The server end has not changed. Can you provide one or more addresses that are not receiving messages? I will try to see what happened, but every message from forensicgenealogyservices.com over the last 7 days shows as delivered to the recipient server, so the recipient servers may be doing something to the message.

DREW - the .mil email folks can receive messages from my old email deedeeking@genealogyfinder.com, but not the active current email of king@forensicgenealogyservices.com     Is there maybe some reason one would be blocked and not the other?  I don't want to use the old one as hoping to delete that site/email soon.

It is possible yes. The recipient server can block anything they want. Most blocks expire after a while, so even if the older one was blocked, it may not be any longer. It is just speculation though. They would have to tell us the reason they blocked it. We can't know. They are most likely to speak with their client over you or us as to the reason.

It is Department of Defense email system.  I doubt we could ever find the right person to talk to. It's also my main contract. Can't get reports in, can't get paid.  :-(  By the way, Drew, if memory is correct I have been with Homestead for 15 years now.  :-)

I understand, but we are delivering the messages to their server. They are blocking it for some reason. There is no way for us to do more than deliver the message to their server. After that the recipient needs to tell them they need to receive these mails.

The comment was in agreement with you, Drew, no way to figure out how to get their end of it fixed....

I understand now. There has got to be some sort of IT department or process for these issues. Let me see if I can try to find a suggestion.
