May 9th, 2014 404 Reports of email error(Resolved)

Some customers are reporting that they are receiving a 404 page when trying to access their email and/or unable to login to their email from www.homestead.com.

We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue immediately.

4:45pm(MST) Our Network Operations team has isolated the issue and
is now in the process of restoring services for those customers that are still
affected.
