Issues with domain name contact information changes not saving and issues with chat.

 I've attempted to change the contact information for my domains repeatedly this week and they are not changing. The first day I attempted to make changes was Tuesday and the last was yesterday. 

Now chat is not working for me, I'm getting this message on all of my computers: "Chat key cookie does not match visitor chat key".

What is going on with the contact information changes and the chat?
