I'm trying to add pages to my website but they're all duplicates of my homepage. Why?

I'm trying to add pages to my website but they're all duplicates of my homepage. When i try to change content on the new page it changes (or deletes) it on all of my pages. Any suggestions? I've looked through all of the settings and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong! :(
