I need help with a popup!

I have a personal website for my collection and I am dumb as rocks when it comes to sitebuilding. Thank God for HS or I would not have a site at all. I want to add a popup box to an image so a box opens with the image and the information for a coin let's say. Any help on this would be great! Carlos
