I registered 2 new domains on Friday. They both show up under manage domains...

the second domain I registered does not show up in any where else.  Under manage domains, the domain is listed and is associated with another domain.  when I go to change what site it is associated with and what site it points to, the domain doesn't show up.  When I go to website manager, the drop down menu does not have it listed.
