I increased my monthly payment over a year ago to add additional pages, cannot even add 1!

I have been trying to publish a "Contact & Reviews" page on my site for several months. I pay the monthly charge for additional pages, but have been unsuccessful getting this page to open when someone is looking on my website. My site is www.countryaccentsflowers.com. When you click on Contact & Reviews, it says it cannot be found. Very frustrating.
