I Can't Edit My Web Site

When I double-click on the web page in order to edit it, the hand cursor does NOT respond!

...And I tried using ALL three of browers (Safari, Fire Fox and Chrome) with the same very frustrating results...

AND, because it's the week-end, I can NOT phone in to find out why this is happening and/or how to FIX it!
