HTTP (not HTTPS) Links

Now that I'm converting my websites to be 'Secure', do I need to change the zillions of HTTP (not HTTPS) links I have? PLEASE do not merge this question with the others that answer how to change WEBSITES to HTTPS / Secure - I've already done that.
