Firstly, all I want to do is password protect a page on my website. I looked up how to do that and the help center said to click on the background of the page to access the background properties editor. I tried doing that and nothing appears. I have no access to the properties editor. Then I thought maybe it was because I was using sitebuilder plus so I downloaded 2 different versions of the sitebuilder desktop and neither of them would let me open them. They both said I can only edit my site from sitebuilder plus. Can someone please fix this issue for me? I am becoming very frustrated with all the glitches from homestead web builder, especially considering how much I pay every month for the service.

There is no glitch on the password. If your site is using the master page templates, you must turn off the master page for a particular page to add a password. You will need to add the master page elements to that page manually once disabled.

One the page settings, go to background, links & footer and set for this page only. Then you can go to advanced settings and add a password.

My sitebuilder does not have this option.  I'm using Windows 10.  I need to password protect one page on my site, but can't find how to do it!  FRUSTRATED!!!

I do not have an ETA on it at this time. I am sorry.

Any updates on WebsiteBuilder getting password protection availability? I was told they were hoping to have it done by end of September...anxiously waiting. Thanks!

I'm anxiously awaiting too!  I don't like using SiteBuilder Plus!

I am not sure who said end of September, but it is being worked on. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA.
