How to assign email address to submit button (new site builder)

Hello!  Wow!  I am LOVING this new site builder so far!!  Great job!!!  I just can't seem to find how to assign a specific email address for the form submit button?  If I submit a form, its sent to the email address associated to my homestead account...  How do I assign another email address to the submit button?  Thank you for your help.
