When trying to attach my domain to the site I just built, I get the message "This domain is already associated with a website account." How do I find out what account it is associated with so that I can make changes?

What is the domain name and what site are you trying to associate it to?

Our domain name is www.ctmshutch.com and I'm trying to associate it to www.ctmshutch.homesteadcloud.com, which is the new page I built on Homestead to replace a SharePoint site that was deleted by Microsoft.

You should be able to point or transfer the domain now. It was still listed on an old account with us, but the domain is registered at Godaddy, so I removed it from our system

I am using Homestead.com for the first time. I created a website called Student Testing and I cannot locate the domain name associated with it. I cannot remeber if I did create a domain prior to making a website. Is it possible to create a website without creating a domain? How can I find it?

It is possible to create a site without a domain. You can even access it online after publishing by using [sitename].homesteadcloud.com. You just need to replace [sitename] with the actual name you see on the websites manager page.

It doesn't look like you have updated the nameservers for the domain. It appears to be registered at buydomains.com. Do you have access to that account?
