How do I delete a random text box ?

On the home page of my site, www.eliteemergencyresponse.com and only in desktop view, there is a random text box barely visible off to the left.  I can barely see the edge of it but I think it's giving a tip on how to write text for the site so I think it's from the template I used?  I have been trying to figure out how to delete it for a really long time and I'm at a loss as to how to get rid of it. It only shows on the home page. A customer has commented on it online now, and it's driving me nuts.  Any help on how to get rid of the text box would be really appreciated!
