I try to match up my logo and menu on the same place using the grid on every page but the grids do not align the same way on every page. When previewing my website I click on the different pages on the menu bar and the logo and menu look like they're jumping around the page every time I go to a different page.

The easiest way is to place the element exactly where you want it on 1 page and then copy/paste it to each page. It will paste to the same position on each page.

If your web pages are already in place, all you need to do is:  Double click on your Logo.  It will bring up the properties folder.   Look down to the bottom left side of the properties folder and it will give you the location of the graphic. The location will be stated under the POSITION & SIZE category and will be listed as "left"  and "top" .  Write these two numbers down.

Left and Top are the exact position of the graphic.

Load the logo graphic onto your desired page.  Double click on the graphic and place the numbers you wrote down, back into the Top and Left of this graphic.  It will then located to the exact same position.

This is a very simple procedure that you can repeat for any graphics on the page that you wish to duplicate the exact position on another page.

Best of luck...
