Homestead Network Errors are Killing me

I'm working on a big sales campaign and creating the Web Page for it.  I get network errors every 5 minutes.  Now the site won't even load.  I guess if I try enough times it eventually will.   It just sits there spinning.  My internet is working fine.   It's just one land mine after another trying to get any work done and something needs to be done about it.  Now I'm wondering if other people can even access my Web Sites and how much money this is costing me.
