HELP Advertisments are taking over and I pay $20 dollars a month for this site!!!

HELP! I have been on hold for over 25 minutes! Some of my words are popping up in Blue and then having adds and directing it to other links! I want it to stop! Also I can't delete one of my header links called employees. It won't let me! Please help! thanks!
