File Import does not work

When I try to import files I get the following error:

Error Message
Oops! Your upload failed due to a network or server issue. Try uploading again, and if it doesn't work, call us at: 1-800-710-1998 (Error Code: 0x39)

This has happened multiple times today; I tried during 3 different sessions (logged out; logged back in). I was able to "drag" the files from my computer to your file server.
