European Union Cookies

European Union laws require you to give EU visitors information about cookies used on your website. Can you tell me what information I need to post regarding cookies in websites created using Homestead? I can't seem to get an answer. The last time I posted this question, 2 months ago, I was referred to privacy@endurance.com, however after repeatedly asking endurance.com, I never receive an answer.
