Error message is back....

Hey Drew-It's back....unfortunately I can't shut down and work on this tomorrow...I have a contract that requires this work to be done by 8am.....so if you all could check into it.....it happens on all pages, pops up about every 3 minutes. I am def logged in. Sometimes I have to hit Publish 3-4 times before it publishes, and not all changes are taking affect
