email internal error

getting this at least once and typically multiple times DAILY:

! An error occurred:

An internal error occurred.  Please try again.

Mostly I just click on send or save or whatever i was trying to do a few times, and the problem resolves - however I have been trying to send an email for about 10 minutes now.  I am using Roundcube.

Unacceptable.
