Email duplicating on multiple addresses on our domain

My colleagues and I have been experiencing significant duplication of incoming emails for about 1.5 months now or longer, really since the change of platforms on Homestead's side. We have called in and were told the DNS (?) would be reset and this should correct the issue. Unfortunately it has not. We operate in Outlook 2016 desktop platform with Windows 10. We have to continually login to RoundCube and wipe our inboxes to try and solve this. Unfortunately this is not a great option for us since we increased our mailbox size for us to be able to retain emails on the server. Please advise as to how to fix this, thanks!

When you log into Roundcube do you see the mail multiple times? or only once? Is Outlook set up as IMAP or POP?

I am having the same issue. Set up with imap. My email reached 100% capacity today due to duplicates and I was notified by clients my emails were bouncing. I spent 30 min deleting emails. It has already started again. I have notified Homestead on 2 occasions recently. Very close to making a change.

Hi Shannon2001, which email address is it? I see in the notes that it says the duplicates were only in Outlook, not in Roundcube. Is that the case? or do you see the duplicates in Roundcube. If so, please leave at least one in there and give me the subject of the email and the date and time.

I have been having the same problem also for approximately 2 months. I also have duplicate emails on my phone and it keeps growing. On Outlook the emails get deleted and then eventually repopulate

When you log into Roundcube do you see the mail multiple times? or only once? Is Outlook set up as IMAP or POP? If you see duplicates in Roundcube, please leave them both and tell me which one. Also I need the specific email address or addresses experiencing the issue.

we have the same issue, the incoming server is pop.homestead.com, outgoing server is smtp.homestead.com.

If you log into the Webmail portal, do you see the message once or more than once? If you see it more than once, then please specify the message subject and date/time.
