Email copy and paste error

When I use copy & paste (CTRL-C & CTRL-V) I get a lot of special character's within my text. There are also times I get, what looks like, header information added into my text. (Image attached. Errors outlined in red.) I have tried to copy & paste from both external (Microsoft word) and from with in Webmail from an email received that I saved in a folder. Also I have switched from HTML to Plain Text but when I do that I lose the links in my e-mail and carriage returns. It did work at one time but now it does not.  Is there anyway that I can stop this from happening so I can copy and paste repeat emails that I send?  Thank you.
