We have one or two corporate customers where we get caught in email auto reply loops. Is there a way to stop these?
Thanks
Susan

Do both of your email addresses have auto replies? I'm thinking that would do it. Most programs only see an auto reply as an email, and so would auto reply back.

Yes, that's the problem. Both accounts have auto responders. So is there any way to prevent this? We can get dozens of these back-and-forth emails in a morning from one corporate customer. Is there a way to prevent an auto reply going to specific email addresses?

Do you use Webmail or Outlook for mail? I'll see I can figure something out.

Unfortunately, I am not able to see a way to exclude an email address from receiving an auto reply. I was looking at creating a filter to do this, but haven't yet seen a way.

Thanks for trying! Annoying problem.
