Domain pointing Issue, error 404

First of all, I have pointed multiple domains to several different homestead sites I have built over the years.  It is pretty easy.  This time, however, there is an issue. I am using the new Website builder, According to my domain manager, the new web address is pointed to the new website.  When I type in the address, I get this 404 error message:  https://www.screencast.com/t/MkXvaneCuGbl.

Is the pointing not complete, or is there some other step I need to take?
