Delete an Email Address

Hello Homestead,

With recent changes being made to the accounts, the option to delete an email address is temporarily unavailable. If you wish to permanently delete an email address along with the contents, I can assist. Please post what email address you would like to be deleted from the account and we can help get it removed. 

This is only temporary, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

need to change "customerservice@familytree-service.com" to "mylinda@familytree-service.com" due to 99% of her emails go directly to spam when sent to customers.
Also, delete "ccastro@familytree-service.com"
lastly, I can no longer see how many email accounts I have available, please help.

Hello,

There is not a way to edit a mailbox address, the email box mylinda@familytree-service.com will need to be added to the account. This will then require backing up the emails from customerservice@familytree-service.com or adding a forward to the new box created if you wish to remove that email address. 

I have deleted ccastro@familytree-service.com from the account. With deleting this, you currently have 59/60 emails being used on the account.

I cannot sign onto or edit several email accounts and the delete option is now gone as well.  How soon will you give me back the options?  I guess the only option I have is to have you delete the problem email accounts and then add a new one.?

Hello,

I can assist with deleting an email account but you still have access to the other options like adding new emails and updating the passwords. What address would you like to remove?

I need the delete an email service to be re-instated.This is a privacy breach and extremely unprofessional to have to ask in a public forum to have emails deleted.

Can you check to make sure TortTeaser@TortTeaser.com is working properly.  It is not sending or receiving emails, though there should not have been any changes.

Nevermind...I think I figured out the problem.  I had paid for an increased  storage capacity, but not applied it yet.  I'll see if that fixes it.

The mailbox is working. I sent a test message that was received to the inbox and was able to reply from the mail box also. Log in here to access the email. https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/
If you are connecting through a third part email client verify the settings are correct. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/email-client-settings
