Can't "add a new page" on sitebuilder

My original convo was "archived" and the problem still is not fixed. I do not want to leave homestead but I can't afford to keep paying for a broken website that won't grow with my business. Please help.

when i try to add a "new page". the system just sits there and doesn't create the page.... I've tried using different browsers, IE, Firefox and Microsoft Edge and get the same results in all three.

Check to make sure you have not exceeded the page limit for the plan you purchased.

have not exceeded the Unlimited Pages. DrewN said there were files missing from my SiteBuilder and that he put it in the queue to be fixed. 2 weeks ago. But I went in to check if there was any status on my previous convo and it had been archived as if the problem were corrected and it hasn't been corrected yet...

That IS a problem.  Sorry.  Just thought I would ask, as that is sometimes an issue.  Frustrating, I am sure.  I have found it faster to call them (when they're open)

Sorry, Paula. I will try to find out where they are with this. I am not sure if the developers are in on this holiday.
