Can I work on my new site with old sitebuilder desktop program?

When my old computer wouldn't load sitebuilder after it had installed updates... I started working with homestead's online websitebuilder. I've since created two new sites and with a new computer I've been able to download sitebuilder (which is much easier for me to work with) but now I can't access the newer sites.

Is there a way to integrate?
