An Image showing on all pages when it is only meant to be on one page.

I am pretty sure I accidentally clicked on a setting that allows an element (in this case an image) to show thru on all pages but (in this case) I only intended it to show on one page.  I am not working in the header or footer so I know this isn't typically how it is supposed to work but I just can't find how to undo the accidental setting I must have set for this particular image.  Can someone walk me thru how to manage these visibility settings?
