All of my emails are gone

On one of my email accounts-awards@callmeozz.net I had it forwarded to my ozz@callmeozz.net until we started our season again. Today I went in to remove the forward. I went to MANAGE MY EMAILS....went to FORWARD EMAILS and removed the forward, clicked SAVE. Went to my awards@callmeozz.net and now all of my saved emails are gone.....can they be recovered? I don't' even understand why they are gone.
