Add Google Adwords HTML snippet

I want to use Google Adwords Conversion tracking. Google's instructions say to add their HTML snippet between the page's body and /body tags - but I cannot find those tags on my site pages.

Should I add the body /body tags on either side of the Google HTML snippet using the "Add HTML" directions in Homestead Help?
