Why the $90.00 increase, when i first started the Gold Plus Package - Biennial the had it messed up finally got that straightened out and it was $159.99 they after a few years they started charging me $207.99 for the Gold Plus Package - Biennial and last year I was charged $297.99 for the exact same Gold Plus Package - Biennial WHY?...

Hello, 

Unfortunately, we did have to put through a price increase the past two years. In 2022, it was $1.75/month and in 2023, it was $2.00/month. 

 

Your plan is still a grandfathered package that is less than the regular price. The current normal price for the plan you're on is $563.82/2 years

Did the same thing to me.  Advertised promotion way back when was a constant yearly charge for as long as I was a customer, which they honored for 20 years until 2022. Now three large price increases in 3 years, which will no doubt continue into the indefinite future.  In breach of contract.  Absolutely refuse to honor the original agreement.  Basically told me to pound sand when I complained. "That is no longer an option" I was told dozens of times.  It's not an "option".  It was a contractual agreement with customers which current management obviously decided they can now ignore.
