Why do I get a 404 error when choosing a template

I am trying to design a new website to eventually replace my existing one. I created a new name.homestead.com then went to choose a template and received a 404 error. Does this mean the template is unavailable?

Hello,

We don't have any known issues with templates. so it may just be an issue that this one website is experiencing. Can you try creating a new website and please let me know if you continue to experience this issue.
