Do the admins not monitor status, and rather only respond to flags raised here by customers who notice sites down? Only about a 30 min TAT from my message to restoration of service which makes me think it was the message that caught attention and spurned action. (I suspect others have more experience and can weigh in.)
I wish to thank everyone for letting us know as know, and as of right now all issues should be working properly. If any additional issues do arise, please open a new conversation here and we will certainly take a look.

They have "employees" that are supposed to monitor our sites. Problem is they are for the most part asleep?
