Website changes not publishing

I have made changes to two pages on one of my website which are fine in preview but the changes are not showing on the published site. I've waited 10 minutes but despite refreshing the page they are still not showing. 

The pages in question are

www.spotlight-academy.com/home-ed
They are both password protected - not sure if this makes any difference?

When I tried to publish a second time I got "an internal error has occurred" so I logged out of Sitebulder then when I tried to open Websitebuilder again I initially got a error 404 when I tried to open any of my websites. However after a few attempts I got back in to this site and republished but despite waiting another 10 minutes the changes are still not showing.
