Here in the "community" we can't do anything about checking your "back end" settings. We are just people like you! However, the tech number is 800-710-1998. They can check that for you. Looking at the error for your site, it appears that it is "unsecure" and needs your security certificate activated or renewed. "Support" can help you with that. The security issue pops up frequently if you are using the old sitebuilder program. You might want to consider re-creating the site using the cloud-based Website Builder. It has a bit of a learning curve but is definitely better than Sitebuilder...especially since it makes a pretty good mobile site at the same time. You would likely be able to build the new site, leaving the old site active (in the same account) while you do it. Hope that helps.
