Uploading Pic Error From 5 min + working on website
Every time since the beginning of using the software, if I am working on things and then I want to upload a photo to the site, after 5-10 minutes or more goes by, the uploading section to add an image will not work. I have to save everything and close out and start fresh. Sometimes I need to take a break and come back to my project already opened and it's useless. I have never complained but now I need to upload so many photos and I'm sick of it. I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see the error message at the left bottom corner. I have called but nothing seems to be done.

Look how terrible that screenshot attaches. You can't even read it. My photo is perfectly clear. Anyway the error message says readyState 4 response Text status 401 status Text (unauthorized)
If I save everything and shut down and come back, it's fine with no error messages.

Hello,
This would be a product of the builder timing out. If you need to take a break or step away from the builder for any extended amount of time, I would recommend you save your latest changes and exit the builder. Then, when you're ready to continue, you can re-open the editor.

This happened to me in the past. I've learned to only work with the builder software for 20 minutes max before saving and exiting. Actually I make sure to save constantly so that if the builder glitches and goes back to a previous page I haven't lost anything. This is especially true with the Store feature in the Web Builder. I guess that is the price we pay for a reasonably priced web builder package.
