Unable to add images to my store

Yesterday and today, when I add a product to my store, I have been unable to add an image for the product. I just get the loading "circle of death" but it never uploads. The file size is approximately 1 MB so the issue shouldn't be the size.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I can add images anywhere else on my site, just not to the store.

I have been having the same issue for the last week. It's the third time this has happened. No amount of phone calls or emails are getting this resolved in a timely manner. Very frustrating.

To add products to your Homestead Simple Store, navigate to the "Store" section, then "Manage Products" and "Orders" within your website builder. @russell5607 My store isn't new and I know how to add products. I've already got quite a few products in the store. As stated above, the problem is adding images to any new products that I add.

I am having this issue as well, yet again, and this time it's been over a week. This is not sustainable. After so many days, there should be some response from Homestead.
