trying to add a file, but when I click on more, file manager box is out of view

I am trying to add a file to my page.

When I click on add, and then more the menu is out of sight on the left side of my screen, so I can't click on file.  I have tried scrolling over, I have looked to see if I can copy the file from file manager, I have tried to minimize window.  Help!!
