Statistics are not working

Statistics on my website has not been working for 3 weeks. I put in a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and today I am told they are still looking into it. This is happening to more than one website of mine, and I suspect it is happening with other people too. Does anyone know how to get this resolved.

I am not using Google Analytics. I am using the standard built-in statistics. I am using Google Analytics for a couple of more elaborate websites I have. But for this one, the standard statistics have been sufficient. As a last resort, I may have to go to Google Analytics. But I would like to see this fixed, so I don't have to change this website, and a number of other websites I have.

I have the same issue, the stats page is not working. I phoned tech support about this and got the same answer: they're looking into it. That was three weeks ago and still no response or resolution.
