Sitebuilder Plus problem

I keep getting this message after I sign in:

"This site has changed since you started working in SiteBuilder Plus. To prevent unintended changes to your website, we need to close SiteBuilder and return you to your Homestead home page."

That's as far as I can get. I can't edit or save without the message ending it all.
