Published Page Not Available Online

I first posted about this weeks ago. At that point my published page would show up on Apple products but not on Microsoft. Now the final change does not appear on either. I got suggestions on the problem but nothing worked. How can I get the page to publish?

I use web forwarding to janekellymystery.homestead.com

The landing page is jk. The page comes up with changes that were made the same day as the addition of a book image (Strangers in the Avalon Dunes) does not.
