Problems with published changes

When publishing updates to multiple pages the updates appear to be correct on the desktop version. However if any of the pages other than the home page is reloaded the pages revert back to a published version from several months ago. The only workaround that I have found for this is to go to the Welcome page and reload it.
On a mobile device the updated homepage will appear and navigating from the home page will again display the old version of the other pages as well as change the view on the mobile device to a desktop view, making it useless.

Any assistance to correct this problem would be appreciated.

Can you either give me some changes that have been made that revert when the page is refreshed or call in so you can discuss this with someone? 1-800-710-1998

I just need to be able to replicate the issue to look into it.

Hi,

specialneedskids2000.com/events was edited to have 5 events this year. When the page is refreshed it will show only one event that was published November 2022.

On the Contact page under Info, I added a link to a volunteer registration form and I changed the address. When the page is refreshed it reverts back to the November 2022 version that does not have the link or correct address.

On my phone only the updates to the Welcome page are visible. All other pages only show the Nov. 2022 version.

OK, so I see that you created these events using the data list element that was on the template. This element was actually removed from the builder. Can you try to recreate these events using elements currently available in the editor and see if that fixes this issue for you?

Thanks for the feedback.

I changed the events on both the Welcome and the Events pages. Deleting the original entries and adding just boxes and text boxes. I updated the picture from baseball to hockey on the Events page as well as changing the copyright date to 2023.

Going to the website the updated pages appear. Refreshing the page will load the older page from 2022.

This is a really weird issue that we will have to escalate a ticket to get fixed. I'll let you know when I get any updates on this.
