Problem Loading PW Protected Page

I have a PW protected page that only works occasionally. I get this error message "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." randomly. Even when the link has been working, it will for no apparent reason error out. 
Any help highly appreciated.
