PAYPAL CHECKOUT QUESTION

I have an ecommerce with you homestead, you have the option of checking out with Paypal, but when I activate it it tells me that even when a customer makes the first purchase, Paypal will send me an email because the account has to be verified before payment for the order has been updated, is there a way to make it active before the first purchase is made.
