Over Disk Quota

All of my online website forms are giving an error message to the submitter. They are still coming to me but with a message at the top that states i am over my disk quota for forms manager. How can i fix this?

I have the same issue, but the form is still sent via email.

I deleted all of the forms saved to help eliminate the disk quota.

Same here, example url https://www.masterclassmanagement.com/Cert-Submission.html not only does the email state "Your account is currently over disk quota" but once the end user presses the Submit button they get the message "There was an error while submitting your information."

I called support and they are aware and are trying to fix the problem.

Your account is currently over disk quota. Form submissions can not be added to your Form Manager for the form located at:
https://dukecitydrivereducation.org/Registration.html

Unable to receive submissions. ugh

I apologize for the inconvenience. This was a known issue that we created a ticket to resolve. It should be working now. Please let me know if you continue to experience this error.
