"Not secure" message pops up

On our website a "Not secure" message pops up within the website address bar. Some people who want to access our website are concerned about this and do not want to enter the website. Is this anything we should be concerned about? How do we eliminate that message?

MAKE YOUR WEBSITE SECURE:
When attempting to logon, did you get a message that your site is not secure or 1001 error code. Did you recently add Cloudflare? Most likely, you tried to add Cloudflare to secure your website and you've failed to set up the DNS record as directed. Review the platform options below and review your installation to ensure it's correct.

Select the instructions for the platform you're using. Follow the instructions carefully. If you're having trouble with the Cloudflare setup, you can always call for assistance at 1-800-710-1998.

Make your SITEBUILDER PLUS WEBSITE SECURE: Cloudflare can be used to add a free SSL? Please refer to these instructions.

The message that pops up is simply "Not secure." No error code appears. We did not add Cloudfare - we do not know what that is. We have another website through Homestead, built following a similar format to the one with the "Not secure" message, and this other website does not have such a "Not secure" message associated with it and we have no problems with it.
