Is there a way to create a text gallery?

I'd like to create a page with the testimonials I have received, which I will add to as time goes on. It'd be great if I could do something like an image gallery, so I can just add new text as needed, and I could position it with the most recent at the top. Is there a way to do this? The only way I see is to do individual text boxes, and keep moving them down as I add more, which is cumbersome.
