How to more easily rearrange images in gallery

I have many images in a gallery. Is there an easier way to rearrange the images than just going into Manage Gallery and moving an image around in the little window that only shows 5 images at a time? For example, if I have 30 images, and I want to move the last one up to the top, I click and drag it up past what's visible (the window doesn't scroll), then scroll up till I see it, and do that again and again until I get to the top. It's quite cumbersome.
